Essex home sales stay in $775K-to-$1.2M band with one trust transfer
Essex recorded four property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, three with listed prices ranging from $775,000 to $1.2 million and a median of $875,000. The top sale was 6 Scots Way Lot 2, which sold for $1.2 million to 6 Scots Way LLC. One sale, at 2 Riverview Hill Rd, has no price yet on record; that transaction moved the property from an individual owner into a revocable trust under the same family name. With four total transactions, recorded volume for the period was modest, and prices stayed within a fairly narrow band.
