Essex Records 14 Property Transfers in August, Led by $1.75 Million Lufkin Point Sale
Essex recorded 14 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29. Seven disclosed a sale price, ranging from $775,000 to $1,750,000, with a median of $1,465,000. The month's top sale was 45 Lufkin Point Rd Lot 4, which sold for $1,750,000 on Aug. 3 from Michael P. Ross to Richard Greenblatt. The remaining seven transfers, on streets including Western, Forest and John Wise avenues, involved owners moving title into a trust or the same LLC and carried no disclosed price. Every disclosed-price sale in the dataset involved unrelated buyers and sellers, while every no-price transfer involved the same owner on both sides of the deed.
