The remaining seven transfers, on streets including Western, Forest and John Wise avenues, involved owners moving title into a trust or the same LLC and carried no price recorded yet. Every recorded-price sale in the dataset involved unrelated buyers and sellers, while every no-price transfer involved the same owner on both sides of the deed.
