Essex records $1.2 million sale as month's top transaction amid modest volume
Essex recorded five property sales between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds records. Three sales disclosed a price, ranging from $775,000 to $1,200,000, with a median of $875,000; two transfers, both within the same family and involving trusts, did not disclose a price. The month's top transaction was 6 Scots Way Lot 2, which sold for $1,200,000 to 6 Scots Way LLC. Five recorded sales is a modest volume for the period, though the data does not allow comparison to prior months.
