Essex sees 10 deed transfers in September, but most carry no price yet
Essex recorded 10 property deed transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only three carried a sale price so far. Prices ranged from $700,000 to $1,234,000, with a median of $970,000 among those three. The period's top sale was 8 Lufkin Point Rd Lot B at $1,234,000, sold by Frank K. McClelland to Matthew Safford. Several other transfers appear to be within-family or trust-related changes in ownership rather than open-market sales, which is likely why most lack price data. With seven of 10 deeds still awaiting price information, a fuller picture of the month's market tone isn't yet available.
