ESSEX — Planning Board opens public hearing on Bell Point LLC's proposed 36-lot subdivision. The Planning Board opened a public hearing on a Definitive Subdivision Plan for a 36-lot Open Space Residential Development at 0 Essex Park Road and 0 Pond Street Rear under applicant Bell Point LLC, presented by Will Schkuta, Director of Engineering with The Morin-Cameron Group, Inc. Chairman Lisa O'Donnell noted that any approval would be conditioned on Conservation Commission authorization; the applicant has not yet filed a Notice of Intent.

Conservation Commission Co-Chairman Cliff Ageloff expected the Notice to be filed within one to two weeks, and the Board voted unanimously to continue the hearing to March 18, 2026.
