Essex Planning Board continues review of Preserve at Essex subdivision. Chair Lisa O'Donnell and board members held a continued public hearing on the Definitive Subdivision Plan for Bell Point LLC's 36-lot Preserve at Essex development, receiving completed peer review from Weston & Sampson and discussing impervious surface coverage, wetland protection, stormwater management, and open space ownership with engineer Will Schkuta for the applicant. Board members said public access and open space management issues would need further clarification before a final decision, scheduled for the June 3 meeting before the June 9 deadline.

In other business, the board unanimously endorsed an Approval Not Required lot-division plan at 7 Main Street for applicant Georgeanne L. Richards.
