Essex Finance Committee backs FY27 budget with two voter override questions. Chair Jodi Harris and the Committee unanimously approved approximately $48,000 in supplemental transfers to cover increased Fire and Ambulance Department expenses, including $35,500 to Ambulance Salaries, $4,000 for medical equipment, and $9,532.04 for required Stryker maintenance. The Committee voted to recommend all FY27 warrant articles and both override questions to voters.
