Essex July Sales Range From $579,000 to $1.75 Million Amid Wave of Trust Transfers
Essex recorded 15 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15. Eight disclosed sale prices, ranging from $579,000 to $1,750,000, with a median of $1,145,000. The period's top transaction was 45 Lufkin Point Rd Lot 4, which sold for $1,750,000 on Aug. 3, from Michael P. Ross to Richard Greenblatt. Six of the 15 transfers, 40% of the total, moved property from an individual to a trust or entity in their own name, none with a disclosed price. Western Avenue, Main Street, John Wise Avenue and Forest Avenue each saw two recorded transfers during the period.
