Essex Council on Aging elects Joseph as new chair. Kay Joseph, who had served as Past Chairman, was unanimously elected Chair, replacing Diane Polley as Vice Chair. The board unanimously reappointed Pamela Liaperdos, Diane Polley, and Curt Siebert to three-year terms while accepting the resignation of Ann Buckley and board member Nancy Frieden, who declined reappointment.
The board unanimously approved a new Hygiene Pantry program offering donated hygiene items to seniors and unanimously approved proceeding with a $4,850 wall removal project in the Senior Center's upstairs offices.
