Essex Conservation Commission continues Bell Point OSRD hearing due to readvertising requirement. The board voted unanimously to continue a public hearing on the Bell Point LLC open space residential development at Essex Park Road to June 23, 2026, after Town Counsel Amy Kwesell determined readvertising was required under the Mullin Rule because a commissioner was absent from a prior hearing.
