ESSEX — Board of Health offers Administrative Clerk position to Kerrin Nixon pending background check. The Essex board interviewed three candidates at its April 9 meeting and voted unanimously to extend the conditional offer to Nixon, with Board of Health Administrator Erin Kirchner outlining required CORI screening, physical examination, and notice to the candidate's current employer. The board also unanimously approved two temporary food event permits for Sebastian Corbat's Del Sur and Anthony Springer's Hungry Nomads.
