ESSEX — Board of Health approves contracted food inspector at $38 per hour. The board voted unanimously to offer Hayden Fitch the position for routine food service inspection and administrative tasks, contingent on proof of liability insurance and a completed W-9 tax form, pending his release from the Beverly Health Department where he works full time. The board also unanimously approved two bills payable totaling $1,075.84 and waived the temporary food event fee for the #1 Ice Cream Truck at a Friends of the Library event.
