Chairman Nick Ellis and Commissioner Westley Burnham unanimously approved meeting minutes and awarded a $19,590 well-cleaning contract to Maher Corp. The board approved a two-bedroom sewer flow addition at 149 Western Avenue and discussed substantial capital projects including sewer pump replacements estimated at up to $100,000 per pump, grinder pump replacement with a budget request of $125,000, water meter replacement for over 400 aging meters, and cemetery expansion as the town faces burial-site exhaustion in 6 to 11 years.
